TICKETS
Ticket GL (i.e Grand Lausanne, i.e. Zone 11 and 12) for ESEB and city center is enough. But if your place is further than this area, you maybe have to buy extra zones. Check on the following map:

SCHEDULE
For the schedule check the following link or download the TL app for smartphone (most of the bus and metro come every 5-7 min except during the night, every 15min)

Don't hesitate to ask if you have questions!
From City Center (Lausanne Flon):
Take the M1 at Station “Lausanne Flon” toward “Renens-Gare” (but don’t worry there is only one direction because “Lausanne-Flon” in the terminal station). Stop : UNIL-SORGE
From Renens:
Take the M1 at Station “Renens Gare” (terminal station), toward “Lausanne Flon”. Stop UNIL-Sorge
Sometimes some metro stop their way at EPFL. Just wait for the next metro.
From Lausanne Train Station:
Take the M2, toward “Croisette”, Stop: Lausanne-Flon
And then follow the previous Instructions “From City Center (i.e Flon)”
